Small group training sessions are a way to bring your fitness level to new heights. Through proper instruction and guidance by Certified Personal Trainer & Strength Coach Brent Hartman you will learn how effective your training can be in 1 hour. Classes are made up of small groups up to 6 goal-oriented individuals.

 

What if you don’t feel physically fit?

People of all fitness levels are welcome. Nobody will be forced to perform exercises unsafely or be asked to do more than they are capable of.  Our classes are challenging and fun for everyone!

 

Where are these small group training classes located?

The small group training classes are held at our personal training gym, “B3 Personal Training”, in Doylestown, PA.  Please contact us for more details.

 

When are the classes?

Currently, small group sessions are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6:00 to 7:00 am.  What else are you going to do with that hour?

 

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, water bottle, shoes and yourself.

 

What do I get when I join?

You will receive up to twelve 1-hour sessions a month.  You will also have access to a nutritional seminar and receive a FREE t-shirt.  You will also receive the satisfaction of achieving your goals and finding success!

 

How much will this investment in myself cost?

$199 for the entire month.  That’s $16.58 per class.  Trainers can cost between $60 – $150 per hour.  Take advantage of having the same great instruction for a fraction of the cost.
