How Big Is Your Sweet Tooth

Are you the person that gets the 44 oz. refillable soda from Wawa because you think it’s a good deal?  Well, that good deal of free refills is actually a bad deal.  The added sugar could be doing more harm than good, by “taking names and giving numbers”.  That “number” could be your weight ballooning out of control and possibly making you a statistic.

Research has shown that males consume more added sugars than females at any age.  Now come on guys your making us look bad, literally with bulging guts.  These added calories from sugar, if eliminated based upon the research, could mean a reduction of over 1,000 calories weekly.  Now that’s weight loss!
