About the BODY BY BR3NT Boot Camp
BODY BY BR3NT offers a 4 week program in Doylestown, Pennsylvania that includes proper fitness, nutrition and motivational components. Each class is taught by certified trainer and strength coach Brent Hartman. These classes are a great way to get into the best shape of your life! Boot camp classes are 1 hour in length.
What if you don’t feel physically fit?
People of all fitness levels are welcome. Nobody will be forced to perform exercises unsafely or be asked to do more than they are capable of. Our classes are challenging and fun for everyone!
Where is Boot Camp By Brent located?
The summer location is outside the First Baptist Church of Doylestown by the parking lot. Please contact us for more details.
When does it meet?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6:00 to 7:00 am. What else are you going to do with that hour?
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes and yourself.
What will I achieve?
By the end of 1 month of boot camp you will have improved physical ability, firm toned muscles and a flatter stomach. You will lose fat and gain muscle leaving you feeling and looking better. You will meet others whose goals are the same. To get into better shape.
What do I get when I join?
You will receive 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks. You will also have access to a nutritional seminar and receive a FREE t-shirt. You will also receive the satisfaction of achieving your goals and finding success.
How much will this investment in myself cost?
$150 for 4 week boot camp. That’s $12.50 per class. Trainers can cost between $60 – $150 per hour. Take advantage of having the same great instruction for a fraction of the cost.
