These 1-on-1 training sessions are a great way for you to reach your goals. We can help you design your home gym or help you maximize your workout in the space you have available. If your having a hard time making it to the gym and find yourself making excuses have a trainer show up at your front door!
Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a special event/activity we will design an individualized program for you. These sessions are also very useful for some private time for yourself in a busy day.

Why should you choose to have a trainer?
A trainer will design a progressive training program individualized with appropriate intensity. The intensity put into your exercise program may not happen naturally and requires some extra help. A trainer will assure that you reach an appropriate yet challenging level of intensity to reach your measurable goals.
I’m a beginner, can I still train?
Body By Brent welcomes both beginners and those who are experienced exercisers. We are committed to guide and assist you with our individualized exercise programming that will prove to be both challenging and fun. Your training session can take many forms. We offer single, partner and group training sessions.

1 hour sessions
Three 1 hour sessions.
Eight 1 hour sessions.
Twelve 1 hour sessions.
