PERSONAL TRAINING

These 1-on-1 training sessions are a great way for you to reach your goals.  Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a special event/activity we will design an individualized program for you.  These sessions are also very useful for some private time for yourself in a busy day.

    • Increase Muscle Strength and Muscle Endurance
    • Core Strengthening and Conditioning

Why should you choose to have a trainer?
A trainer will design a progressive training program individualized with appropriate intensity. The intensity put into your exercise program may not happen naturally and requires some extra help. A trainer will assure that you reach an appropriate yet challenging level of intensity to reach your measurable goals.

I’m a beginner, can I still train?

Body By Brent welcomes both beginners and those who are experienced exercisers.  We are committed to guide and assist you with our individualized exercise programming that will prove to be both challenging and fun.  Your training session can take many forms.  We offer single, partner and group training sessions.

 

I don’t have a home gym or equipment, can I still train?

Body By Br3nt will bring everything you need to reach your goals!  Personal training sessions do not have to be restricted to a gym.  They can be done in-home, at a park, community space or even your backyard!

All of the benefit with no commitment.

1 hour sessions

Single

$70 per 1 hour

All personal training packages will also incur a travel fee.  This fee will depend on the distance.  Please contact us for a travel quote and more details.
