How did everyone do the first day with walking/running 1 mile?  I congratulate you on completing your first day.  You have no excuses as to why you can’t begin exercising.  Now it’s time for your second gift!
 
On the second day of Christmas your trainer gave to you:
 
TWO sets of 15 push ups (traditional or modified otherwise known as “guy” and “girl” push ups)
 
ONE mile walk/run
