We all know the song “The 12 Days of Christmas” in which each day had another gift added to the list. The gifts included french hens, turtle doves, drummers drumming, etc. Well in the “Twelve Days of Christmas Fitness” I challenge you to try a different workout each and every day. Every day I will post the new workout in which I want you to try. The twelfth day will be Christmas Eve, December 24th. The perfect gift to yourself is to be fit and healthy.
So with that being said, here is the “First Day of Christmas!”
On the first day of Christmas my trainer gave to me “Walk or Run 1 mile”
Happy Holidays! And remember to warm up and cool down before and after the mile.
