1 Mile Warm up Run

 

10 Tire Flips (Deadlifts can be substituted)

20 hits with a sledgehammer (1-arm dumbbell clean and press can be substituted)

10 Box Jumps

Repeat 5 to 10 times

 

1 Mile Run at maximal effort
