Be grateful for setbacks. They are opportunities for even bigger improvements.”

It’s Monday afternoon and you still have plenty of time to get your workout in for the day.  If you are at work, you will be done soon and still have the entire night ahead of you.  Life will throw you curve balls each day and it’s YOUR decision on how you will cope/handle with those curves.  From a health and fitness standpoint this may mean injury, personal loss and any other issue may feel like it is keeping you from maintaining a healthy exercise and nutritional regimen.  This is not the case unless you make it the case.  Use these opportunities to improve yourself as a person both physically and mentally.

Here’s the workout:

Run 4 laps around the track (1 mile)

Walk/Jog 1 lap

Burpee broad jumps for 100 yards (Doesn’t matter how long this takes, just do it)

Run 4 laps around the track (1 mile)

Walk/Jog 1 lap

Finish the cool down and STRETCH

If you cannot perform any of these exercises, just keep moving.  Walking is better than sitting in a chair and doing nothing.
