  • Support Team. Wear a supportive bra. Improperly fitted bras will make exercise very uncomfortable. This is an area where the extra money is well worth it!

 

  • These shoes were made for walking. Don’t forget the importance of the right sneakers. You may go up a shoe size when pregnant, so make sure you are working out in the right size to prevent pain and injury.
