Your training session can take many forms. B3 – Body By Brent welcomes both beginners and those who are experienced exercisers.
These sessions include:
An exercise physiologist or certified personal trainer will design a progressive training program individualized with appropriate intensity. The appropriate yet challenging level of intensity will enable you to reach your measurable goals.
The individualized program starts with a health history questionnaire and interview/consultation followed by a flexibility and movement analysis. This allows us to start you at the appropriate level and avoid injury.
