Back in May, I pledged free hour sessions to active military, reserves, national guard and their immediate families.  These sessions were at no cost to show my gratitude to those that serve and protect our country.  These fitness training services were pledged through “Joining Forces” – a national initiative that provides ways for all Americans to give back to service members and their families.
