Are you the person that gets the 44 oz. refillable soda from Wawa because you think it’s a good deal?  Well, that good deal of free refills is actually a bad deal.  The added sugar could be doing more harm than good, by “taking names and giving numbers”.  That “number” could be your weight ballooning out of control and possibly making you a statistic.

 

Research has shown that males consume more added sugars than females at any age.  Now come on guys your making us look bad, literally with bulging guts.  These added calories from sugar, if eliminated based upon the research, could mean a reduction of over 1,000 calories weekly.  Now that’s weight loss!

If you choose to consume diet soft drinks and teas and you are NOT a diabetic, then you should read why the real McCoy is better.  Don’t sabotage your goals by drinking yourself bigger.  Set a new goal this week to make smarter fluid choices, like the clear one.  No, not vodka, WATER!
